Common use of Integration; Modification; Waiver Clause in Contracts

Integration; Modification; Waiver. This Contract constitutes the complete and final expression of the agreement of the parties relating to the Property, and supersedes all previous contracts, agreements, and understandings of the parties, either oral or written, relating to the Property. This Contract cannot be modified, or any of the terms hereof waived, except by an instrument in writing (referring specifically to this Contract) executed by the party against whom enforcement of the modification or waiver is sought.
