Integration; Modification; Waiver. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the subject matter contained in this Agreement and supersedes any other agreement between them, whether oral or written. Any modification to this Agreement must be in writing and signed by the party against which enforcement is to be sought. Failure by either party to act when required or to claim a breach of any provision of this Agreement will not be construed as a waiver of any subsequent breach.
