Common use of Integration of Agreement Clause in Contracts

Integration of Agreement. (a) This Agreement, the Confidentiality Agreement, the Schedules, the Exhibits and the other Purchase Documents constitute the entire agreement between the Parties relating to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior agreements, oral and written, between the Parties with respect to the subject matter hereof.

(a) This Agreement and the exhibits and the other agreements contemplated by this Agreement, including the Confidentiality Agreement, the Schedules, the Exhibits and the other Purchase Documents constitute constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties relating to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior agreements, oral and written, between the Parties with respect to the subject matter hereof, including that certain Term Sheet Memorandum between the Parties dated January 14, 2009.
