Integration of All Agreements. This Agreement constitutes the entire Agreement between the parties and is intended to be an integration of all agreements between the parties with respect to the Executive’s service with Company. Except as provided in Section 8 hereof concerning the Indemnification Agreement, any and all prior agreements between the Executive and the Company with respect to the Executive’s service with the Company are hereby revoked.
