Common use of INTEGRATION / SEVERABILITY Clause in Contracts

INTEGRATION / SEVERABILITY. The Repurchase Documents supersede and integrate all previous negotiations, contracts, agreements and understandings (whether written or oral), including, without limitation, the Term Sheet, between the Parties relating to a sale and repurchase of Purchased Assets and the other matters addressed by the Repurchase Documents, and contain the entire final agreement of the Parties relating to the subject matter thereof. Any provision of this Agreement that is prohibited or unenforceable in any jurisdiction shall, as to such jurisdiction, be ineffective to the extent of such prohibition or unenforceability without invalidating the remaining provisions hereof, and any such prohibition or unenforceability in any jurisdiction shall not invalidate or render unenforceable such provision in any other jurisdiction.
