INTEGRITY OF INTERACTIVE PROGRAMS. Programmer will ensure that the Interactive Programs meet Wink's criteria for Wink compliant applications (See Attachment 1). Programmer agrees that each Interactive Program shall have been either successfully tested by Programmer or certified as compliant by Wink prior to the Delivery to System Operator for distribution. Programmer understands that failure to meet the above criteria could result in System Operator suspending the distribution of one or more Interactive Programs until such time as all Interactive Programs are certified by Wink to be in compliance.
