Intellectual property (Art. 19 to 23) The contracting authority acquires the intellectual property rights created, developed or used during performance of the contract. Without prejudice to clause 1 and unless otherwise stipulated in the procurement documents, when the subject-matter of the public contract consists of the creation, manufacture or the development of designs or of logos, the contracting authority acquires the intellectual property thereof, as well as the right to trademark them, to have them registered and to have them protected.
