Special contractual provisions. This chapter of these Tender Specifications holds the specific provisions that apply to this public procurement contract as a derogation of the 'General Implementing Rules for public procurement contracts and for public works concessions’ of the Royal Decree of 14 January 2013, hereinafter referred to as 'GIR', or as a complement or an elaboration thereof. The numbering of the articles below (between brackets) follows the numbering of the GIR articles. Unless indicated, the relevant provisions of the General Implementing Rules (GIR) apply in full. These Tender Specifications derogate from Article(s) 25-33 and of the GIR.
