INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS AND COPYRIGHT. 1.1.1 The Supplier agrees that the Crown shall be legally and beneficially entitled to any and all Intellectual Property Rights and Copyright and the Supplier hereby assigns to the Crown any and all residual title which it may have in any and all such Intellectual Property Rights and/or Copyright. 1.1.2 The Supplier undertakes that it shall, from time to time, take all such steps and execute all such documents as the Crown or HMSO on its behalf may reasonably require to fully vest in the Crown any and all residual title, whether legal or beneficial, to the Intellectual Property Rights and/or Copyright.
