Common use of Intellectual Property Security Agreements Clause in Contracts

Intellectual Property Security Agreements. Each Credit Party that owns federally registered intellectual property shall have executed and delivered to Agent, for the benefit of the Lenders, an Intellectual Property Security Agreement, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to Agent and the Lenders.
