Common use of Intended Termination Clause in Contracts

Any intended Termination of the Agreement shall take into account the need not to prejudice the ability of the Service Provider to discharge outstanding financial Obligations, if any, entered into by the Service Provider for purposes of enabling it to implement its commitments under the ap- proved Business Plan.
