Common use of Intent of Agreement Clause in Contracts

Intent of Agreement. Nothing contained in this Agreement is intended to disrupt the usual consultations respecting matters of curriculum, course content or emphasis, teaching methods, administration matters and like items which have heretofore normally occurred between the teaching staff and the Superintendent, school principals and/or other supervisory staff provided, however, that this paragraph shall not be used to raise collective bargaining matters in any such meetings.
