Common use of Intent of Process Clause in Contracts

Intent of Process. The intent of the evaluation process is to improve instruction and the overall quality of education in the District through professional growth of staff. Because professionals grow and learn in different ways, the Sonora Union High School District evaluation system is based on a three-tiered structure. The evaluation process, shall utilize uniform procedures within each of the following identified tiers: Tier I: For staff members who are new to the profession or new to the District. All staff members who are probationary or temporary are in Tier I. Tier II: For staff members who have earned tenure with the District. Tier III: For those tenured staff members who have demonstrated proficiency on all of the identified evaluation criteria and who wish to participate in the development and implementation of a Professional Project Plan.
