Common use of Intent of this Agreement Clause in Contracts

Intent of this Agreement. (a) The parties to this Agreement have reached an understanding concerning various aspects of (i) their business relationship with each other and (ii) the organization and operation of the Company and its business. They wish to use rights created by statute to record and bind themselves to that understanding.
