Common use of Intent to Comply with Rev Clause in Contracts

Intent to Comply with Rev. Rul. 2003-43. It is the Employer’s intent that any use of Debit Cards to pay Eligible Medical Expenses shall comply with the guidelines for use of such cards set forth in Rev. Rul. 2003-43, and this Section 8.05 shall be construed and interpreted in a manner necessary to comply with such guidelines.
