INTENTIONALLY DELETED ARTICLE XIV. Section 14.1 Amendment and Restatement. Borrowers and Lender hereby agree that the Original Loan Agreement is hereby amended and restated in its entirety, and that from and after the date hereof, all of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement shall replace the terms and conditions of the Original Loan Agreement, it being understood and agreed that the execution of this Agreement shall not impair the liens of any of the Loan Documents.
