Intentionally not used. 1.10.9 SBC ILLINOIS may discontinue service to CLEC as provided in Section 1.10.6 of this Agreement only after SBC ILLINOIS has sent all notices it is required to send as provided in Sections 1.9 and 1.10, and shall have no liability to CLEC or CLEC’s end users in the event of such disconnection.
