Interactive Interface. 12.10.1 The Interactive Interface provides CLEC with unbundled access to SBC MISSOURI’ LIDB SMS that is equivalent to SBC MISSOURI’s access at its LIDB Database Administration Center (DBAC). Interactive Interface provides CLEC with the ability to have its own personnel access CLEC’s records via an application screen that is presented on a computer monitor. Once CLEC has accessed one of its Line Records, CLEC can perform all of the data Administration tasks SBC MISSOURI’s LIDB DBAC personnel can perform on SBC MISSOURI’s own Line Records. 12.10.2 SBC MISSOURI will provide CLEC with Interactive Interface through a modem. CLEC’s access to the Interactive Interface will be through a remote access facility (RAF). The RAF will provide a security gateway for CLEC’s access to the Interactive Interface. The RAF will verify the validity of CLEC’s transmissions and limit CLEC’s access to the Interactive Interface and the LIDB SMS. CLEC does not gain access to any other interface, database, operations support system, or other SMS through this Attachment. CLEC understands that its record access through the Interactive Interface will be limited to its own Line Records. 12.10.3 CLEC will use hardware and software that is compatible with SMS hardware and software. 12.10.4 CLEC can choose to request the Interactive Interface as its only interface to LIDB SMS or CLEC can choose to use this interface in conjunction with the Service Order Entry Interface that SBC MISSOURI provides under this Attachment. If CLEC chooses to use only the Interactive Interface, CLEC will not have access to any Data Administration capabilities available to the Service Order Entry (e.g., the ability to transmit batch updates) 12.10.5 CLEC’s access to the LIDB SMS through the Interactive Interface will be limited to CLEC’s subscriber’s Line Records that are not Administered through an LSR Process.

Interactive Interface. 4.4.3.1 The Interactive Interface provides Customer with the ability to have its own personnel access Customer’s records via an application screen that is presented on a computer monitor. This interface requires Customer to purchase third-party terminal emulation software. AT&T-12STATE will provide documentation for the use of this interface at no additional charge. Customer can combine the use of the Interactive Interface with the Service Order Entry Interface.

SBCT understands and agrees that its access to LVAS through the Interactive Interface will be limited to its subscribers’ Line Records. 13.36.3.3. Sprint will provide SBCT with training necessary to utilize the Sprint’s LIDB SMS, including Sprint-specific documentation such as screen prints and prints of help screens. Sprint will provide Sprint specific documentation for accessing Sprint network and LIDB SMS application 13.36.4.LIDB Editor Interface 13.36.4.1. LIDB Editor Interface provides SBCT with unbundled access to Sprint’s LIDB Editor equivalent to Sprint’s manner of access. LIDB Editor provides SBCT with emergency access to LIDB when Sprint’s LIDB SMS is unable to access LIDB or SBCT is unable to access Sprint’s LIDB SMS.

Interactive Interface provides LSP with the ability to have its own personnel access LSP's records via an application screen that is presented on a computer monitor. Once LSP has accessed one of its line/billing records, LSP can perform all of the data administration tasks SWBT's LIDB DBAC personnel can perform on SWBT line/billing records. (B) SWBT will provide LSP with Interactive Interface through a modem. LSP understands that its record access through the Interactive Interface will be limited to its own line/billing records. (C) LSP will use hardware and software that is compatible with LVAS hardware and software. (D) LSP can choose to request the Interactive Interface as its only interface to LVAS and LIDB or the LSP can choose to use this interface in conjunction with any other interface that SWBT provides under this Appendix except the Manual Interface. (E) SWBT will provide LSP with SWBT-specific documentation in the form of screen prints and prints of help screens.

Pac-West understands that its record access through the Interactive Interface will be limited to its subscribers' Line Records. 3.1.2.3 Pac-West's access to the Interactive Interface will be through a remote access facility (RAF). The RAF will provide Pacific Bxxx with a security gateway for Pac-West access to the Interactive Interface. The RAF will verify the validity of Pac-West's transmissions and limit Pac-West's access to Pacific Bxxx'x Interactive Interface to OSMOP. Pac-West does not gain access to any interface, database, operations support system, or other SMS through this Appendix. 3.1.2.4 Pac-West will use hardware and software that is compatible with OSMOP hardware and software. 3.1.2.5 Pac-West can choose to request the Interactive Interface as its only interface to OSMOP and LIDB or Pac-West can choose to use this interface in conjunction with any other interface that Pacific Bxxx provides under this Appendix. 3.1.2.6 Pacific Bxxx will provide Pac-West with Pacific Bxxx-specific documentation in the form of screen prints and prints of help screens.

  • Interface A defined set of transmission facilities that separate Load Zones and that separate the NYCA from adjacent Control Areas. Investor-Owned Transmission Owners. A Transmission Owner that is owned by private investors. At the present time these include: Central Xxxxxx Gas & Electric Corporation, Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc., New York State Electric & Gas Corporation, Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation, Orange and Rockland Utilities, Inc., and Rochester Gas and Electric Corporation.

  • Network Interface Device 4.1 The NID is defined as any means of interconnection of end-user customer premises wiring to BellSouth’s distribution plant, such as a cross-connect device used for that purpose. The NID is a single-line termination device or that portion of a multiple-line termination device required to terminate a single line or circuit at the premises. The NID features two independent xxxxxxxx or divisions that separate the service provider’s network from the End User’s on-premises wiring. Each chamber or division contains the appropriate connection points or posts to which the service provider and the End User each make their connections. The NID provides a protective ground connection and is capable of terminating cables such as twisted pair cable. 4.1.1 BellSouth shall permit Al-Call to connect Al-Call ’s loop facilities to on-premises wiring through the BellSouth NID or at any other technically feasible point.

  • Interfaces GTE provides the CLECs with choices for access to OSS pre-ordering, ordering, maintenance and repair systems. Availability of the interfaces is fundamental to the CLEC being able to effectively do business with GTE. Additionally, in many instances, CLEC personnel must work with the service personnel of GTE. Measurements in this category assess the availability to the CLECs of systems and personnel at GTE work centers.

  • Access Toll Connecting Trunk Group Architecture 9.2.1 If CSTC chooses to subtend a Verizon access Tandem, CSTC’s NPA/NXX must be assigned by CSTC to subtend the same Verizon access Tandem that a Verizon NPA/NXX serving the same Rate Center Area subtends as identified in the LERG. 9.2.2 CSTC shall establish Access Toll Connecting Trunks pursuant to applicable access Tariffs by which it will provide Switched Exchange Access Services to Interexchange Carriers to enable such Interexchange Carriers to originate and terminate traffic to and from CSTC’s Customers. 9.2.3 The Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be two-way trunks. Such trunks shall connect the End Office CSTC utilizes to provide Telephone Exchange Service and Switched Exchange Access to its Customers in a given LATA to the access Tandem(s) Verizon utilizes to provide Exchange Access in such LATA. 9.2.4 Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be used solely for the transmission and routing of Exchange Access to allow CSTC’s Customers to connect to or be connected to the interexchange trunks of any Interexchange Carrier which is connected to a Verizon access Tandem.

  • Internet Services Transfer Agent shall make available to Fund and Shareholders, through its web sites, including but not limited to xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx (collectively, “Web Site”), online access to certain Account and Shareholder information and certain transaction capabilities (“Internet Services”), subject to Transfer Agent’s security procedures and the terms and conditions set forth herein and on the Web Site. Transfer Agent provides Internet Services “as is,” on an “as available” basis, and hereby specifically disclaims any and all representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding such Internet Services, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose and implied warranties arising from course of dealing or course of performance. Transfer Agent shall at all times use reasonable care in performing Internet Services under this Agreement.

  • Network Interconnection Architecture Each Party will plan, design, construct and maintain the facilities within their respective systems as are necessary and proper for the provision of traffic covered by this Agreement. These facilities include but are not limited to, a sufficient number of trunks to the point of interconnection with the tandem company, and sufficient interoffice and interexchange facilities and trunks between its own central offices to adequately handle traffic between all central offices within the service areas at a P.01 grade of service or better. The provisioning and engineering of such services and facilities will comply with generally accepted industry methods and practices, and will observe the rules and regulations of the lawfully established tariffs applicable to the services provided.

  • Secondary Systems The Developer and Connecting Transmission Owner shall each cooperate with the other in the inspection, maintenance, and testing of control or power circuits that operate below 600 volts, AC or DC, including, but not limited to, any hardware, control or protective devices, cables, conductors, electric raceways, secondary equipment panels, transducers, batteries, chargers, and voltage and current transformers that directly affect the operation of Developer or Connecting Transmission Owner’s facilities and equipment which may reasonably be expected to impact the other Party. The Developer and Connecting Transmission Owner shall each provide advance notice to the other Party, and to NYISO, before undertaking any work on such circuits, especially on electrical circuits involving circuit breaker trip and close contacts, current transformers, or potential transformers.

  • Radiation Therapy/Chemotherapy Services This plan covers chemotherapy and radiation services. This plan covers respiratory therapy services. When respiratory services are provided in your home, as part of a home care program, durable medical equipment, supplies, and oxygen are covered as a durable medical equipment service.

  • Connectivity User is solely responsible for providing and maintaining all necessary electronic communications with Exchange, including, wiring, computer hardware, software, communication line access, and networking devices.

  • One-Way Interconnection Trunks 2.3.1 Where the Parties use One-Way Interconnection Trunks for the delivery of traffic from Onvoy to Frontier, Onvoy, at Xxxxx’s own expense, shall: 2.3.1.1 provide its own facilities for delivery of the traffic to the technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Frontier’s network in a LATA; and/or 2.3.1.2 obtain transport for delivery of the traffic to the technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Frontier’s network in a LATA (a) from a third party, or, (b) if Frontier offers such transport pursuant to a Frontier access Tariff, from Frontier. 2.3.2 For each Tandem or End Office One-Way Interconnection Trunk group for delivery of traffic from Onvoy to Frontier with a utilization level of less than sixty percent (60%) for final trunk groups and eighty-five percent (85%) for high usage trunk groups, unless the Parties agree otherwise, Onvoy will promptly submit ASRs to disconnect a sufficient number of Interconnection Trunks to attain a utilization level of approximately sixty percent (60%) for all final trunk groups and eighty-five percent (85%) for all high usage trunk groups. In the event Onvoy fails to submit an ASR to disconnect One-Way Interconnection Trunks as required by this Section, Frontier may disconnect the excess Interconnection Trunks or bill (and Onvoy shall pay) for the excess Interconnection Trunks at the rates set forth in the Pricing Attachment. 2.3.3 Where the Parties use One-Way Interconnection Trunks for the delivery of traffic from Frontier to Onvoy, Frontier, at Frontier’s own expense, shall provide its own facilities for delivery of the traffic to the technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Frontier’s network in a LATA.
