Electronic Interfaces. The Parties shall work cooperatively in the implementation of electronic gateway access to VERIZON Operational Support Systems (OSS) functions in the long-term in accordance with established industry standards. SPRINT should refer to the GTE Guide for the current OSS capabilities. 3.5.1 The Parties agree that the Joint Settlement Agreement (“JSA”) entered into between the Parties, and as reflected in California Public Utilities Commission Decision Number 00-00-000, shall govern any change management principles applicable to changes in the OSSs included in Decision Number 00-00-000. 3.5.2 All costs and expenses for any new or modified electronic interfaces exclusively to meet SPRINT requirements that VERIZON determines are different from what is Currently Available will be paid by SPRINT, if VERIZON agrees to provide such new or modified interfaces. 3.5.3 SPRINT shall be responsible for modifying and connecting any of its pre-ordering and ordering systems with VERIZON provided interfaces as described in the GTE Guide.

CCI may submit a written request to GTE if CCI desires new or modified electronic interfaces exclusively to meet CCI’s requirements. If such requested electronic interfaces are different from what is Currently Available, GTE may agree, at its sole discretion, to provide such electronic interfaces; provided, however, all costs and expenses associated with the new or modified electronic interfaces shall be paid by CCI. CCI shall be responsible for modifying and connecting any of its pre-ordering and ordering systems with GTE provided interfaces as described in the GTE Guide.

The Parties agree that Customer may use the electronic interface(s) to Administer any line record Customer maintains in AT&T-12STATE’s LIDB and/or CNAM Database that is also Administered through the same type of interface (provided, however that the use of the LIDB and/or CNAM Database pursuant to this Appendix is limited to LWC only). 4.4.1 These interfaces and their capabilities are not compatible with, nor can they be used in conjunction with, the LSR Process described in this Section 4 (below).

Electronic Interfaces. The Contractor shall: 5.1 Provide a customized WDC Web site at the URL xxx.xxx000.xxx, available 24/7 and optimized for mobile devices. 5.2 Make a call center available M-F from 7 am to 9 pm, Central Standard Time (CST) and Saturdays between 8 am and 4:30 pm, CST, excluding holidays. 5.3 Provide an Integrated Voice Response (IVR) system available 24/7. 5.4 Provide a customized mobile app for the WDC throughout the term of the Contract, available 24/7. If Contractor does not currently offer a customized mobile app, Contractor must agree to develop and offer one and make available throughout the term of the Contract.
