Electronic Interfaces. The Parties shall work cooperatively in the implementation of electronic gateway access to VERIZON Operational Support Systems (OSS) functions in the long-term in accordance with established industry standards. Electronic Interfaces. The Parties shall work cooperatively in the implementation of electronic gateway access to GTE Operational Support Systems (OSS) functions in the long-term in accordance with established industry standards. CCI should refer to the GTE Guide for the current OSS capabilities. The Parties agree that the Change Management Process (CMP) as defined on GTE’s WISE website at URL: xxxx://xxx.xxx.xxx/wise, shall govern any change management principles applicable to changes in the OSS interfaces. CCI may submit a written request to GTE if CCI desires new or modified electronic interfaces exclusively to meet CCI’s requirements. If such requested electronic interfaces are different from what is Currently Available, GTE may agree, at its sole discretion, to provide such electronic interfaces; provided, however, all costs and expenses associated with the new or modified electronic interfaces shall be paid by CCI. CCI shall be responsible for modifying and connecting any of its pre-ordering and ordering systems with GTE provided interfaces as described in the GTE Guide.

If there is disagreement between the Parties regarding cost recovery issues, an affected party may petition the Kentucky Public Service Commission to initiate a separate hearing to address the matter.
