Common use of Intercompany Service Charge Clause in Contracts

Intercompany Service Charge. Legal, professional, managerial, --------------------------- administrative, clerical, consulting and support or production services provided to one party by personnel of the other party, upon the request of the first party or when such services are otherwise required by this Agreement between Vital Images and Bio-Vascular, shall be charged to the party receiving such services on commercially reasonable terms to be negotiated (or in accordance with the provisions of the Transition Services Agreement or any other applicable agreement between the parties).
