INTERCONNECTION CRITERIA. The Minimum Functional Specifications shall at all times accord with the Generation Code and Interconnection Criteria developed by JPS, including any modifications thereto to which the Parties consent, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed. The Party requesting the modification shall bear the reasonable costs of compliance with such modification.
