Provide initial payment to Transmission Owner (GIA 11.5) Within the later of a) 45 Calendar Days of the execution of the GIA by all Parties, or b) 45 Calendar Days of acceptance by FERC if the GIA is filed unexecuted and the payment is being protested by Interconnection Customer, or c) 45 Calendar Days of the filing if the GIA is filed unexecuted and the initial payment is not being protested by Interconnection Customer.
