Interconnection of Third Party Facilities to Customer System. 5.4.1 Customer will provide advance written notice to National Grid prior to the proposed interconnection to the Customer System of any: (1) new Generator ; (2) 10% increase or more in the capacity of an existing Generator connected to the Customer System ; or (3) peak load increases of 10% or greater over the peak load stated in Exhibit A. Such written notice shall be provided within 30 Calendar Days of Customer receiving an interconnection or service request or notice of a proposed increase in Generator capacity.
