Common use of Interconnection System Reliability Impact Study Agreement Clause in Contracts

Interconnection System Reliability Impact Study Agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, pursuant to the Scoping Meeting provided in Section 30.3.3.4, simultaneously with the delivery of the Interconnection Feasibility Study to the Developer, the NYISO shall provide to the Developer and Connecting Transmission Owner an Interconnection System Reliability Impact Study (“SRIS”) Agreement in the form of Appendix 3 to these Large Facility Interconnection Procedures. The Interconnection System Reliability Impact Study Agreement shall provide that the Developer shall compensate the NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner for the actual cost of the SRIS.
