Interdepartmental Transfer. Employees shall be entitled to express an interest in transfer to other departments within their current classification which would allow them to retain their same level. Such request shall be submitted to the current Departmental Personnel Office on a continuing basis. Lists established as a result of such requests will expire annually on September 30.
