Qualified. Qualified means a tenured teacher who holds a valid certificate from the Montana State Department of Public Instruction to teach in a particular subject matter category and grade level and who has taught within the last ten (10) years in such subject matter category and grade level or who is currently teaching in a particular subject matter category or grade level at the time of lay off action.
Qualified. The employee holds such certificates, degrees or other credentials required by the Employer or applicable laws and regulations.
