Common use of Interest Accrual and Computation Clause in Contracts

Interest Accrual and Computation. Except as provided in Section 2.02(a)(1), interest shall be paid in arrears. Interest shall accrue as provided in the Schedule of Interest Rate Type Provisions and shall be computed in accordance with the Interest Accrual Method. If the Interest Accrual Method is “Actual/360,” Borrower acknowledges and agrees that the amount allocated to interest for each month will vary depending on the actual number of calendar days during such month.
