Common use of Interest After Actionable Default Clause in Contracts

Interest After Actionable Default. If an Actionable Default shall have occurred and is continuing, all sums outstanding and unpaid under the Secured Debt Documents, including this Mortgage, shall, at Mortgagee's option, subject to the provisions of the Secured Debt Documents, bear interest at the interest rate on the applicable Series of Secured Debt, as provided in the applicable Secured Debt Documents, until such Actionable Default has been cured. Mortgagor's obligation to pay such interest shall be secured by this Mortgage.
