Common use of Interest and Dividends Clause in Contracts

Interest and Dividends. All interest earned and dividends paid on funds invested in Eligible Cash Equivalents shall be deposited in the Escrow Account as additional Collateral beneficially owned by the Company and pledged to the Issuer, acting for its benefit, and shall be reinvested in accordance with the terms hereof.

All interest earned and dividends paid on funds invested in Eligible such Temporary Cash Equivalents Investments shall be deposited in the Escrow Account as additional Collateral beneficially owned by Accounts for the Company and pledged to exclusive benefit of the Issuer, acting Trustee for its benefit, the ratable benefit of the holders of the Notes and shall be reinvested in accordance with the terms hereofhereof at the Issuers' written instruction and subject to disbursement as provided herein.
