Interest and Prepayments. No regularly scheduled interest payments shall be made on this Debenture. Except as otherwise set forth in this Debenture, the Company may not prepay any portion of the principal amount of this Debenture without the prior written consent of the Holder. All payments hereunder will be paid to the Person in whose name this Debenture is registered on the records of the Company regarding registration and transfers of this Debenture (the “Debenture Register”).

All payments of interest and principal on the Class A(2022-4) Notes shall be made as set forth in Section 1102 of the Indenture.
