Interest Expense. On any date of determination, with respect to the Borrower and its Subsidiaries, without duplication, an amount equal to interest (whether accrued or paid) actually payable (without duplication) excluding non-cash interest expense but including capitalized interest (less capitalized interest not paid to third parties) not funded under a construction loan by the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries, together with the interest portion of payments on Capitalized Lease Obligations and including and including (without duplication) the Equity Percentage of interest expense actually payable by the Borrower’s Unconsolidated Affiliates and Subsidiaries of the Borrower that are not Wholly Owned Subsidiaries, on their Indebtedness.
