Sanctioned Country. A country subject to a sanctions program identified on the list maintained by OFAC and available at hxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx/xxxxxxxx-center/sanctions/Programs/Pages/Programs.aspx, or as otherwise published from time to time.

Sanctioned Country. “Sanctioned Country” shall mean any of Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan and Syria.

Sanctioned Country. “Sanctioned Country” shall mean any country or region that is (or the government of which is) or has been in the last five years the subject or target of a comprehensive embargo under Sanctions Laws (including Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Venezuela and the Crimea, the so-called “Donetsk People’s Republic,” and the so-called “Luhansk People’s Republic” regions of Ukraine).
Sanctioned Country. Any country or territory to the extent that the government of such country or territory is the subject of Sanctions consisting of a general embargo imposed by any Sanctions Authority.

Sanctioned Person: at any time, (a) any Person listed in any Sanctions-related list of designated Persons maintained by the Office of Foreign Assets Control of the U.S. Department of the Treasury, the U.S. Department of State, the United Nations Security Council, the European Union, any European Union member state, the U.K. government including His Majesty’s Treasury of the United Kingdom, the Canadian government, the German government or other relevant sanctions authority, (b) any Person operating, organized or resident in a Sanctioned Country, (c) any Person currently the subject or target of any Sanctions or (d) any Person 50% or more owned or controlled by any such Person or Persons described in the foregoing clauses (a), (b) or (c). Sanctions: any economic or financial sanctions and/or trade embargoes or restrictive measures imposed, administered or enforced from time to time by (a) the U.S. government, including those administered by the Office of Foreign Assets Control of the U.S. Department of the Treasury or the U.S. Department of State, or (b) the United Nations Security Council, the European Union, any European Union member state, the U.K. government including His Majesty’s Treasury of the United Kingdom, Canadian government, the German government or other relevant sanctions authority. SARON: with respect to any applicable determination date, the Swiss Average Rate Overnight published on such date on the applicable Reuters screen page (or such other commercially available source providing such quotations as may be designated by the Agent from time to time); provided however that if such determination date is not a Business Day, SARON means such rate that applied on the first Business Day immediately prior thereto. SARON Adjustment: with respect to SARON, -0.0571% per annum.
