Common use of Interest; Expenses Clause in Contracts

Interest; Expenses. (a) If Guarantor fails to pay all or any sums due hereunder upon demand by Lender, the amount of such sums payable by Guarantor to Lender shall bear interest from the date of demand until paid at the Default Rate in effect from time to time.
