Interest In Other Corporations. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in Paragraph 4 of this Exhibit A, during the Employment Period, Employee may own up to five percent (5%) of any class of any Person's outstanding securities which are listed on any national securities exchange, registered under Section 12(g) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 or otherwise publicly traded, provided that the holdings of Employee of any security of a Media Business or any Person which does business with the Company or its Affiliates do not represent more than 20% of the aggregate of Employee's investment portfolio at any time.
