Common use of Interest of Consultant Clause in Contracts

Interest of Consultant. CONSULTANT covenants that it presently has no interest, and shall not acquire any interest, direct or indirect, financial or otherwise, which would conflict in any manner or degree with the performance of the services under this Agreement.

Interest of Consultant. Interest of Consultant. 23 17.1. CONSULTANT covenants that it presently has no interest, and shall not acquire any 24 interest, direct or indirect, financial or otherwise, which would conflict in any manner or 25 degree with the performance of the services under this Agreementhereunder.

CONSULTANT further covenants that in the performance of this Agreement no person having any such interest shall knowingly be employed.

Interest of Consultant. 15 17.1. CONSULTANT covenants that it presently has no interest, and shall not acquire any 16 interest, direct or indirect, financial or otherwise, which would conflict in any manner or 17 degree with the performance of the services under this Agreementhereunder.
