Common use of INTEREST OF CONTRACTOR Clause in Contracts

INTEREST OF CONTRACTOR. The Contractor covenants that it presently has no pecuniary interest and shall not acquire any such interest, direct or indirect, without first disclosing to RIDOH in writing and then subsequently obtaining approval, in writing, from RIDOH, that would conflict in any manner or degree with the performance of services required under this Agreement. The Contractor further covenants that no person having any such interest shall be employed by the Contractor for the performance of any work associated with this Agreement.
