Common use of Interest of Holders of Equipment Notes Clause in Contracts

Interest of Holders of Equipment Notes. Each -------------------------------------- Holder of an Equipment Note shall have no further interest in, or other right with respect to, the Indenture Estate when and if the principal and interest on all Equipment Notes held by such Holder and all other sums payable to such Holder under this Agreement, under the Indenture and under such Equipment Notes shall have been paid in full.
