Interest on Amounts. Except as may be expressly provided otherwise in this Agreement, all amounts owed by the Borrower to the Lender, which are not paid when due (whether at stated maturity, on demand, by acceleration or otherwise) shall bear interest (both before and after default and judgment), from the date on which such amount is due until such amount is paid in full, payable on demand, at a rate per annum equal at all times to 10%.
