Common use of Interest on and Return of Capital Clause in Contracts

Interest on and Return of Capital. Except as provided in Section --------------------------------- VI.C. below, no Partner shall be entitled to any interest on his, her or its capital account or on his, her or its contributions to the capital of the Partnership, and no Partner shall have the right to demand or to receive the return of all or any part of his, her or its capital account in the Partnership. No Partner shall have the right to demand or receive property other than cash in return for the contribution of such Partner to the Partnership.
