Common use of Interest on and Return of Capital Clause in Contracts

Interest on and Return of Capital. No Member shall be entitled to --------------------------------- any interest on such Member's Capital Account or on such Member's contributions to the capital of the Company; and except as otherwise provided in Articles 10 and 23 hereof, no Member shall have the right to demand or to receive the return of all or any part of such Member's Capital Account or of such Member's contributions to the capital of the Company.

Interest on and Return of Capital. The Members’ Capital Contributions may be held in interest-bearing accounts and all interest earned on the Capital Contributions shall be held for the benefit of the Company.
