Common use of Interest on the Savings Deposit Clause in Contracts

Interest on the Savings Deposit. (1) Interest on this deposit shall be calculated based on daily interest rates posted in the Bank's offices on the day designated by the Bank of each month in increments of one yen, whenever the daily closing balance (the amounts of financial instruments accepted shall be excluded from such balance until they are settled) is one yen or more, and shall be incorporated into the Savings Deposit. (2) The interest rates referred to in the preceding Paragraph may change depending upon changes in financial market conditions.
