Common use of Interest Rate Determination and Protection Clause in Contracts

Interest Rate Determination and Protection. (a) Subject to clauses (c), (d), (e), (f), (g) and (h) of this Section 3.5, the rate of interest for each Eurodollar Rate Loan shall be determined by the Administrative Agent two Business Days before the first day of each Interest Period applicable to such Loan. The Administrative Agent shall give prompt notice to the Borrower and the Banks of the applicable interest rate determined by the Administrative Agent for purposes of Sections 3.3(a) and (b) hereof.
