AMOUNT AND TERMS OF THE ADVANCES. SECTION 2.01. The Advances. Each Bank severally agrees, on the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth, to make one or more Advances to the Borrower (if such Advances are requested by the Borrower in one or more Notices of Borrowing pursuant to Section 2.02(a)) from time to time on any Business Day during the period from May 26, 1998 until the Termination Date in an aggregate amount not to exceed at any time outstanding the amount set opposite such Bank's name on the signature pages hereof (as such pages are deemed modified pursuant to this Article II or Section 8.06) as such amount is reduced from time to time pursuant to Section 2.15 (such amount, as so reduced, being such Bank's "Commitment"). Each Borrowing shall be in an aggregate amount not less than (x) in the case of a Borrowing comprised of LIBOR Advances, $10,000,000 and (y) in the case of a Borrowing comprised of Base Rate Advances, $5,000,000, and shall consist of Advances of the same Type having (in the case of a Borrowing comprised of LIBOR Advances) the same Interest Period, made on the same day by the Banks ratably according to their respective Commitments. Within the limits of each Bank's Commitment, the Borrower may borrow, prepay pursuant to Section 2.09 and reborrow under this Section 2.01.
AMOUNT AND TERMS OF THE ADVANCES. 2.1. The Advances. Each Bank severally agrees, on the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth, to make one advance to the Borrower on January 16, 1996 in an amount not to exceed such Bank's Commitment. If a Borrowing is made to increase the outstanding indebtedness under this Agreement pursuant to Section 2.15, each Bank participating in such increase shall make an advance to the Borrower to fund its portion of such Borrowing. The Borrower, for interest rate purposes, may elect pursuant to the terms hereof to divide the Advance made by each Bank into one or more Types specified herein; provided that for all Eurodollar Advances, not more than four (4) different Interest Periods shall not be outstanding at the same time, and for all CD Rate Advances, not more than four (4) different Interest Periods shall not be outstanding at the same time; and provided further that all Advances made on January 16, 1996 of any Type shall be made by the Banks ratably according to their respective Commitments. The Advances are not revolving and the Borrower may not reborrow amounts repaid or prepaid. On the date of each Borrowing, any portion of the Commitments not utilized shall be terminated.

AMOUNT AND TERMS OF THE ADVANCES. Section 2.1 The Advances. Each Bank severally agrees, on the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth, to make one or more Advances as part of a Borrowing to the Borrower from time to time on any Business Day during the period from the date hereof until the Termination Date in an aggregate amount not to exceed at any time outstanding, such Bank’s Commitment minus the sum of (a) such Bank’s Pro Rata Share of outstanding L/C Obligations plus (b) such Bank’s Pro Rata Share of outstanding Swingline Loans. Each Borrowing (other than a Borrowing or deemed Borrowing under Section 2.9(c)(ii) to reimburse an L/C Issuer for any Unreimbursed Amount) shall be in an aggregate amount not less than $5,000,000, shall be in an integral multiple of $1,000,000 and shall, when made, consist of Advances of the same Type having (in the case of a Borrowing comprised of Eurodollar Advances) the same Interest Period, made on the same day by the Banks ratably according to their respective Commitments (excluding, with respect to any Borrowing or deemed Borrowing under Section 2.9(c)(ii), the Pro Rata Share of any Defaulting Bank). Within the limits of each Bank’s Commitment, the Borrower may borrow, prepay pursuant to Section 2.10 and reborrow under this Section 2.1. Subject to the terms and conditions hereof, more than one Borrowing may be made on a Business Day (including, for example, a Borrowing comprised of Eurodollar Advances having one Interest Period and another Borrowing comprised of Eurodollar Advances having a different Interest Period).
