Interest Rate Notice. The Trustee shall include in the Monthly Report a notice setting forth the Interest Rate for each Class of Secured Notes for the Interest Accrual Period preceding the next Payment Date.
Interest Rate Notice. The Collateral Agent shall include in each Payment Date Report a notice setting forth the interest rate for the Advances for the Interest Accrual Period preceding the next Payment Date.

Interest Rate Notice. In the case of a conversion of a Loan into another Type of Loan or the continuation of an interest rate election as of the end of an Interest Period, the Agent shall have received an Interest Rate Notice executed by the Borrower;

The Trustee shall make available to each Holder of Secured Notes, as soon as reasonably practicable but in any case no later than the sixth Business Day after each Payment Date, a notice setting forth the Note Interest Rate for such Notes for the Interest Accrual Period preceding the next Payment Date. The Trustee shall also make available to the Issuer, each Holder of Notes, as soon as reasonably practicable but in any case no later than the sixth Business Day after each Interest Determination Date, a notice setting forth LIBOR for the Interest Accrual Period following such Interest Determination Date.
