Common use of INTERESTS IN OTHER BUSINESSES Clause in Contracts

INTERESTS IN OTHER BUSINESSES. Except as reflected in Schedule 4.14 or Schedule 4.23 hereto, none of the Companies holds or owns any of the issued and outstanding capital stock, partnership interests, membership interests or similar equity interests, or any rights to acquire the same, of any corporation, partnership, limited liability company, firm or entity other than as specified or permitted in this Agreement.

INTERESTS IN OTHER BUSINESSES. Except as reflected in Schedule 4.14 4.10 or Schedule 4.23 4.19 hereto, none of the Companies holds hold or owns own any of the issued and outstanding capital stock, partnership interests, membership interests or similar other equity interests, or any rights to acquire the same, of any corporation, partnership, limited liability company, firm or other entity other than as specified or permitted in this Agreement.
