Common use of Interfaces Clause in Contracts

Interfaces. 10.1 In the event a Product uses an interface provided by Vector for interoperability with other programs, Vector may enhance or change this interface and the related documentation in subsequent Versions at any time without notice and without ensuring upward compatibility. 10.2 In the event a Product uses an interface provided by a third party for interoperability with other programs, Vector is not obligated to ensure upward compatibility between the Product and the interface in subsequent Versions.
