Non-Discrimination 1. Nationals of a Contracting State shall not be subjected in the other Contracting State to any taxation or any requirement connected therewith, which is other or more burdensome than the taxation and connected requirements to which nationals of that other State in the same circumstances, in particular with respect to residence, are or may be subjected. This provision shall, notwithstanding the provisions of Article 1, also apply to persons who are not residents of one or both of the Contracting States.
Interference Lessee shall use the Facility in a manner which shall not cause interference with the use or occupancy of the other portions of the Building by Lessor or others in any way. Lessee's use hereunder will be done in such a manner so as not to interfere with or impose any additional expense upon Lessor in maintaining the Building.
No Discrimination 4.01 The Employer and the Union agree that there will be no discrimination, interference, intimidation, restriction or coercion exercised or practised by any of their representatives with respect to any employee because of her membership or non- membership in the Union or activity or lack of activity on behalf of the Union or by reason of exercising her rights under the collective agreement.
Discrimination 24.1 The Contractor shall not unlawfully discriminate within the meaning and scope of any law, enactment, order, or regulation relating to discrimination (whether in race, gender, religion, disability, sexual orientation or otherwise) in employment.
Nondiscrimination The Contractor, with regard to the work performed by it during the Contract, will not discriminate on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in the selection and retention of subcontractors, including procurements of materials and leases of equipment. The Contractor will not participate directly or indirectly in the discrimination prohibited by the Acts and the Regulations, including employment practices when the Contract covers any activity, project, or program set forth in Appendix B of 49 CFR Part 21.
Interference With Business Relations During the period of your employment with the Company or any Related Company, and for a period ending twelve (12) months following a termination of your employment for any reason with the Company or any Related Company, you shall not, without the prior written consent of the Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer of Verizon (or his or her designee):
Nuisance Company will not commit any nuisance, waste, or injury on the Airport and will not do or permit to be done anything that may result in the creation, commission or maintenance of such nuisance, waste, or injury.
Noninterference While employed by the Company, and for a period of 2 years after termination of this Agreement, Executive agrees not to interfere with the business of the Company or any Affiliate by directly or indirectly soliciting, attempting to solicit, inducing, or otherwise causing any employee of the Company or any Affiliate to terminate his or her employment in order to become an employee, consultant, or independent contractor to or for any other employer.
Interference with Relationships Other than in the performance ------------------------------- of his duties hereunder, during the Restrictive Period, Employee shall not, directly or indirectly, as employee, agent, consultant, stockholder, director, partner or in any other individual or representative capacity, solicit or intentionally encourage any present or future customer, supplier or other third party to terminate or otherwise alter his, her or its relationship with the Company.
