Interference with Business Relationships. During the Restriction Period (other than in connection with carrying out the Participant’s responsibilities for the Group), the Participant shall not directly or indirectly induce or solicit (or assist any Person to induce or solicit) any customer or client of any member of the Group to terminate its relationship or otherwise cease doing business in whole or in part with any member of the Group, or directly or indirectly interfere with (or assist any Person to interfere with) any material relationship between any member of the Group and any of their customers, clients, suppliers, joint venture partners or licensors so as to cause harm to any member of the Group.
