Common use of Interference with Company’s Employees Clause in Contracts

Interference with Company’s Employees. Executive further agrees that, during the term of Executive’s employment with the Company and for a period of two (2) years after the termination of Executive’s employment with the Company pursuant to Section 6 for any reason, Executive shall not, directly or indirectly: i. induce or attempt to induce any employee of the Company (including its subsidiaries and Affiliates) to terminate his or her employment with the Company; ii. interfere with or attempt to disrupt the relationship existing between the Company (including its subsidiaries and Affiliates) and its respective employees; or iii. solicit, hire or assist in the solicitation or hiring away of any employee of the Company (including its subsidiaries and Affiliates) to become an employee of any other business entity with which Executive is associated.
