Non-Interference with Employees. Through employment and thereafter through the Restricted Period, Employee will not, either directly or indirectly, alone or in conjunction with any other person or Entity: actively recruit, solicit, attempt to solicit, induce or attempt to induce any person who is an exempt employee of the Company or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates (or has been within the last 6 months) to leave or cease such employment for any reason whatsoever;
Non-Interference with Employees. 16.1. Employee covenants with the Corporation that employees of or consultants to the Corporation and employees of and consultants to firms, corporations or entities affiliated with the Corporation have, of necessity, been exposed to and have acquired certain knowledge, understandings, and know-how concerning the Corporation's business operations which is confidential information and proprietary to the Corporation.
Non-Interference with Employees. Executive hereby agrees, during the Restricted Period, not to, directly or indirectly, solicit or induce any of Employer’s or any affiliate of Employer’s then-existing employees, representatives, consultants or agents to give up employment with or representation of Employer or any affiliate. If Employer terminates the employment or services of any such individual, Executive may thereafter hire such individual.
Non-Interference with Employees. Participant hereby agrees, during the Restricted Period, not to, either directly or indirectly, solicit, induce, recruit or encourage any employee of the Company or any affiliate to leave their employment, or take away such employees, or attempt to solicit, induce, recruit, encourage or take away employees of the Company or any affiliate, either for Participant or for any other person or entity, or otherwise hire as an employee or a consultant, for Participant or any other person or entity, any such employee of the Company or any affiliate.
Non-Interference with Employees. Employee covenants and agrees that during the Restricted Period he will not, either directly or indirectly, alone or in conjunction with any other person or Entity: (A) actively recruit, solicit, attempt to solicit, or induce any person who, during such Restricted Period, or within one year prior to the Termination Date, was an exempt employee of the Company or any of its subsidiaries, or was an officer of any of the other Southern Entities to leave or cease such employment for any reason whatsoever; or (B) hire or engage the services of any such person described in Paragraph 7(A) in any business substantially similar or competitive with that in which the Southern Entities were engaged during his employment.
Non-Interference with Employees. Employee covenants and agrees that during the Restricted Period he will not, either directly or indirectly, alone or in conjunction with any Entity: (i) actively recruit, solicit, attempt to solicit, or induce any person who, during such Restricted Period, or within one year prior to his date of Separation from Service, was an exempt employee of the Company or any of its subsidiaries, or was an officer of any of the other Southern Entities to leave or cease such employment for any reason whatsoever; or (ii) hire or engage the services of any such person described in Section 4(d)(i) in any business substantially similar or competitive with that in which the Southern Entities were engaged during his employment.
Non-Interference with Employees. The Employee agrees not to solicit, entice or otherwise induce any employee of the Company Group to leave the employ of the Company Group for any reason whatsoever, and not to otherwise interfere with any contractual or business relationship between the Company Group and any of its employees for two (2) years from the termination of the Employee's employment.
Non-Interference with Employees. Employee covenants and agrees that during the Restricted Period he/she will not, either directly or indirectly, alone or in conjunction with any other person or Entity: (a) actively recruit, solicit, attempt to solicit, or induce any person who is an exempt employee of the Company or any of its subsidiaries, or is an officer or exempt employee of any of the other DG Entities to leave or cease such employment for any reason whatsoever; or (b) hire or engage the services of any such person described in Paragraph 17(a) above in any business substantially similar or competitive with that in which the Company was engaged during his/her employment.
Non-Interference with Employees. During the term of Employee's employment and for a period of one year after the expiration or termination of his employment with the Company, whether such termination is voluntary or involuntary, with or without cause, Employee will not, directly or indirectly, on his own behalf or on behalf of or in conjunction with any person or legal entity other than the Company, recruit, solicit, or induce or attempt to recruit, solicit or induce any employee of the Company to become employed by or to be engaged in a business engaged in providing the Services.
Non-Interference with Employees. 11.1. Consultant convenants with the Company that employees of or consultants to the Company and employees of and consultants to firms, corporations or entities affiliated with the Company have, of necessity, been exposed to and have acquired certain knowledge, understandings, and know-how concerning the Company's business operations which is confidential information and proprietary to the Company.
